Perfect to sweeten a gathering of good friends or offer childrenYou’ll be surprised at how big this dish that can be eaten after baking.
- 90 g oatmeal flavor BERLINA 2BSLIM
- 30 g unsweetened cacao without sugar
- 30 g almond flour
- 50 ml almond milk
- 2 tablespoons quark (low fat )
- 150 ml eggwhite
- 1 whole egg
- 1 part of yeast
- 2 tablets white unsweetened chocolate
- ½ tablet milk chocolate without sugar
Whisk all ingredients in one bowl and let it rest so that the oatmeal can hydrate and will mix smoother. Put the mixture into a mold greased with coconut oil and bake at 175-180º for about 15-18 minutes. The time will depend on the power of your oven.
Advice: Unmold carefully so that it doesnot break and let it cool down. As we melt the sugar free white chocolate , we add to the donuts, let cool down and then repeat the same way with the dark chocolate.
