04 Oct Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate chips
Simple cupcakes based 2Bslim oatmeal cookies, no added sugar and no refined flour, to make our healthy snacks or for breakfast time.
- 30 g eggwhite + 200ml water (use OVO EGGPOWDER OF 2BSLIM)
- 200gr OATMEAL COOKIES 2BSLIM
- 10gr sweetener
- 40gr yogurt
- 50gr coconut oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 spoon vegetable milk
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil, vegetable milk and mix until smooth.
On the other hand, we mix the egg whites until stiff, once we have them mounted well add to the mixture and wrap it gently, as this will give a spongy texture our muffins.
Advice: Fill the muffin molds and let the dough rest for 15 minutes, after this time, finally decorate with chocolate chips and bake at 200 degrees for 10 min. Remove from the oven and unmold carefully.
