Try to eat as healthy as possible and enjoy this amazing dish
- 4 egg whites
- 30 g unflavored oatmeal ( 2BSLIM)
- 30 gr almond flour
- 2ml sweetener
- 1 apple
We mix everything in a blender and put it in a cup.
Advice: Put it in microwafe 2,5 minutes.
