Here we offer a healthy version of this delicious cake, ideal as a base for various pies, desserts or Swiss rolls.
- 6 egg whites (equivalent to 190 g)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 egg yolks
- 30 g or sweetener stevia
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 70 g almond flour
- 75g of oatmeal 2BSLIM
- 70 ml of vegetable milk
We separate the whites from the yolks. Put the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a bowl and assemble stiff, this step is essential for us it is a very light sponge cake. Once mounted reserve in a bowl and proceed to the next step.
We place the egg yolks in a bowl, along with stevia and vanilla and beat well. Once well blended have added the remaining ingredients: almond flour, oat and the vegetable milk. The latter will give us better work … add texture to the dough to wrap delicately light and not to fall.
Advice: Pour the mixture into a baking dish 22cm in diameter, on greaseproof paper and bake at 180 degrees for 10 min.
