- 150 gr fresh tuna, in very fine dices
- 2 tbsp capers
- 0.5 onion, finely chopped
- chopped chives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 spoon 2BSLIM garlic herbs sauce
Mix the tuna, capers, onion and chives in a bowl and add the olive oil. Fill a cup with tuna tartare and press firmly.
Turn the cup to put on a plate to deposit the tartare on it and divide the sauce around it.
Advice: Press firmly but not strong.
