Tiramisu with no added sugar

Excellent low calorie recipe so we can enjoy a delicious Tiramisu without added sugar. For their preparation, we need to have a base of sponge cake

  • cake
  • coffee
  • pure cocoa powder

Ingredients for the filling

  • 250 grams of low fat cheese Quark
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g of creamed cheese
  • sweetener
  • vanilla extract

In a bowl we put all the ingredients and mix until well blended.

MOUNTING:

We can make different presentations of tiramisu, both on a large tray, depending on the amount of filler that we have or in individual glasses.

We will have a layer of biscuits soaked in coffee. Extend a good amount of fill and a fine sieve sprinkle over the cocoa.

Advice: We will place another layer of sponge cake soaked in coffee, we extend another layer of fill and return to sprinkle cocoa.

We keep in the refrigerator and once cold : ENJOY!
