Taste the 2bslim tuna balsamic pizza!
Preparation time: 30 minutes
For the bottom:

- 300 grams of cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 30 grams grated cheese
- 30 grams of flower
- 2 teaspoons Italian spices
For the tomato sauce:
- 40 grams of cream cheese light
- 100 grams of tuna
- 1 small onion
- 3 black olives
- 25 grams of feta cheese
- 3 champignons
- 1 teaspoon Italian spices
- 2 tablespoons 2B Slim balsamic sauce
Preheat the oven on 180 degrees Celsius.
Grate the cauliflower with a grater or food processor. Prepare the grated cauliflower in the microwave for about 5 minutes.
Drain the cauliflower well. Then mix the drained cauliflower with the egg, cheese, flower and spices into a bowl.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the mixture in a circle over the plate. Make sure you have a thin and flat bottom with a wide of approximately 25 cm. You can do this with the back of a spoon!
Put the bottom into the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Grease the cauliflower bottom with the cream cheese. Then divide the toppings, except the sauce, on the bottom. Then put the pizza back into the oven until the cheese is melted. This will take about 10 minutes.
Finally, spread the sauce over the pizza.
Advice: Do not obsess about the size of the pizza. You know what they say, size does not matter!
