Ingredients

  • (Filtered) Water: Water is cheap and healthy. And it does not affect the taste of the fresh fruit smoothie.
  • Coconut water: Very healthy and tasty.
  • Fruit juice: use it as fresh as possible juice squeezed preferable
  • Soya milk: Green smoothies are perfect for detox, so you can add more no animal products because it is a detox smoothie. If you still would like to use milk then you can use the best rice, oat or almond milk.

Step 2: Choose the basic fruit

Banana, mango, peach, pear, apple, papaya or kiwi
Avocado or coconut: it also ensures that your smoothie is thicker and gives it additional calories and thereby (healthy!) fat so your smoothie is a meal replacement.
Vegetables: By adding vegetables in step 4 your smoothie is too thick, so the more vegetables you add, the less’ basic fruit “you need.

 

Step 3: Choose your taste

Extra fruit Good combinations include banana with strawberries or mango with pineapple.
