Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 30 grams of coconut oil
  • 15 ml honey
  • 30 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 100 grams of oatmeal 2B Slim Fudge
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30 grams of unsalted cashew
  • 1 tablespoon for greasing

HOW TO:

Preheat the oven on 180 degrees Celsius.
Put the coconut oil in a small bowl and place this for 30 seconds in the microwave until it is melted into a liquid substance.
Add the eggs, honey, milk and coconut oil together in a bowl and blend for about 2 minutes with a mixer.
Stir in another bowl the oatmeal, baking powder and salt.
Chop the cashew in small chunks and add them to the bowl with the dry ingredients.
Put the mixtures together.
Finally, separate the batter into 4 muffin tins and put these into the oven for about 15 minutes.

Advice: Control the times well in this recipe and you will get something with an incomparable flavor.
