Tasty and crispy
Preparation time: 45 minutes
- 75 gram of oatmeal 2B Slim chocolate
- 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 30 grams of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat the oven on 175 degrees Celsius.
Put the coconut oil in the microwave for about 30 seconds until it is melted.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Make small balls of the mixture and put those on a griddle with a baking paper. Push the balls a bit down till you have flat balls.
Put the griddle into the oven for about 15 minutes. Then turn the balls to the other side and put them back into the oven, again for 15 minutes.
Let them cool down.
Advice: Be patient with the oven, it will reward you!
