Banana Pancakes

Banana Pancakes


Just take a fork and enjoy!

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 big banana
  • 2 tablespoons coconut rasp
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • one teaspoon coconut oil
  • Some banana, blackberries (or other fruit of your choice), chopped hazelnuts and coconut rasp for the topping
  • 2 tablespoons 2B Caramel

HOW TO:

Put the banana in a bowl and splash it with a fork. Add the egg, coconut rasp and flour and stir it well until a smooth batter.
Put a pan on the fire with the coconut oil. Wait until the oil is melted.
Fry three pancakes of the batter by adding 2 tablespoons per pancake into the pan.
Place the pancakes on a plate and finish them with some banana, blackberries, chopped hazelnuts, coconut rasp and of course the 2B slim Caramel sauce!.
