02 Aug Banana Pancakes
Just take a fork and enjoy!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- 1 egg
- 1 big banana
- 2 tablespoons coconut rasp
- 1 tablespoon flour
- one teaspoon coconut oil
- Some banana, blackberries (or other fruit of your choice), chopped hazelnuts and coconut rasp for the topping
- 2 tablespoons 2B Caramel
Put the banana in a bowl and splash it with a fork. Add the egg, coconut rasp and flour and stir it well until a smooth batter.
Put a pan on the fire with the coconut oil. Wait until the oil is melted.
Fry three pancakes of the batter by adding 2 tablespoons per pancake into the pan.
Place the pancakes on a plate and finish them with some banana, blackberries, chopped hazelnuts, coconut rasp and of course the 2B slim Caramel sauce!.
